Zero Emissions elBulli

From treehugger:
I used to be really into food and cooking, before running my own business tied me down a bit more than I expected (great excuse right?), not to mention having to rely on a whole new world of cuisine – I gave up meat in December of 2009 – I have sort of given up my cuilinary explorations; temporarily.
But Mr. Ferran Adrià’s a GOD, even if I might not be able to enjoy most of his food given my dietary choices. He’s the most innovative chef for as long as I can recall (no disrespect to traditionally trained French chefs and such), he’s always surprising, and even though many other folks have tried to follow in his “molecular-gastronomy” footsteps, there is just no comparison. Have you any of his cookbooks? I do. Go check it out.
So the dude closes his world renowned (months advanced booking if you’re not some famous dude) restaurant for a sabbatical, to “take some time off and reinvent himself”. Then he announces he’s working with architect Enric Ruiz-Geli to build a zero emissions restaurant.
I will work as a dish washer for no pay at all. Just feed me now and then, I can sleep in the kitchen. PLEASE!
