Olive Ventures is a Singapore based company that was founded with the goal of championing sustainability via the private sector. We believe that sustainability isn’t just about being green, it’s about building a better organisation and about doing good business.

Learning Programs
We regularly give lectures, talks & workshops on various environmental topics. This can be tailored to fit within your organisation’s CSR efforts, staff / student enrichment programs, or as part of an event.
Past engagements include: British Petroleum, Hewlett Packard, National Parks, National Library Board, People’s Association, Home & Decor Bazaar, 350 Singapore Public Boardroom, Ngee Ann Polytechnic – National Youth Business Challenge, Temasek Polytechnic, Saint Andrew’s Junior College, National Junior College, Chung Cheng High School, Timberland Asia Pte Ltd, AIESEC Green Entrepreneurship Symposium.

Sustainability Monitoring & Reporting
Olive Ventures is the licencee for the Instep Programme in Singapore and South East Asia.
The Instep program is a science based carbon accounting, monitoring and certification process. It is used by individuals, organizations and events to measure and quantify their carbon footprint, and assist in the monitoring and reporting of their sustainability efforts. It was, for example, used in the recently concluded Marina iLight Festival 2011 in Singapore (view the report here).

Publicity / Events
We help companies, NGO’s and Government agencies publicise their initiatives or events as media partners. Contact us if you have a press release that you’d like us to publish on our blog, or an initiative that you’d like us to shout about for you.
We also organise, and provide services for sustainability related events. Our goal is to make “going green” fun! Check out 10:10 The Green Carpet Edition for an idea of what we do.

Our special projects division provides tailor made sustainability projects and initiatives.
We draw upon our wide network of partners, suppliers and technical experts from our retail operations at Singapore’s first Eco-Store, CHOOSE.. We bring people from various expertise together, to collaboratively work towards the sustainable future that we all envision.
